How to Cancel an Order

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, you will not be able to cancel.The store will refund the money via bank transfer within 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the cancellation.

Conditions and Rules for Refund The store will process a refund only in cases where the store is at fault, such as sending the wrong product type or sending the wrong size.
Customers can request a refund for the price of the product they purchased, excluding shipping fees.
Customers must return the product to the store, and the store will cover the return shipping costs (from the customer to the store).

  • The product must be in 100% original condition, with all packaging, bags, boxes, and tags (if any).
  • The product must not have been used or tried on, even once.
  • The product must not have been altered or cleaned by the customer, not washed or ironed, and any product tags (if any) must not be removed or cut.
  • The product must not be damaged by the customer, such as cutting the package with a knife and damaging the product, or trying on the product and causing stitching to tear or zippers to break (including if the product has a scent from perfumes, powders, or cosmetics of the customer).
  • The product must be returned within 7 days after receiving it.
  • If you believe you received the wrong product, you must immediately notify the store and provide photos of the received product as evidence for the store to verify the issue before returning it.

The store will process the refund by transferring the money to the customers bank account within 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving the returned product.

If a customer has received a product and wants to exchange the size or color, the exchange can be made under the following conditions:

  • The customer must return the original product to the store and is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • The customer must wait for confirmation from the store before returning the product. Do not send the product back without notifying the store first, as the store will not take any action, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The product must be in 100% original condition, with all packaging, bags, boxes, and tags (if any).
  • The product must not have been used or tried on, even once.
  • The product must not have been altered or cleaned by the customer, not washed or ironed, and any product tags (if any) must not be removed or cut.
  • The product must not be damaged by the customer, such as cutting the package with a knife and damaging the product, or trying on the product and causing stitching to tear or zippers to break (including if the product has a scent from perfumes, powders, or cosmetics of the customer).
  • The product must be returned within 7 days after receiving it.

In this case, the customer must pay the shipping back fee, an additional 150 Baht.

The store will begin ordering the replacement product only after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The entire process may take approximately 10-12 days to receive the new product.

You can request a size or color change within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, changes cannot be made.

Each item will be shipped after payment confirmation.

Payment Methods

-Bank transfer or pay via PromptPay QR code. The name of the sender must match the name entered during the order, and payment must be made within 3 days. If payment is not made within the specified time, the order will be automatically canceled.


-Cash on delivery (COD).


-Currently, ordering via the website, Line, or Facebook chat does not support payment by credit/debit cards. If you wish to pay via credit/debit card, you can place an order on Shopee or Lazada.

  1. Search for the product.
  2. Add the product to your cart.
  3. Log in with your member ID.
  4. Fill out the order form.
  5. Choose a payment method and make the payment.
  6. A screen will show the successful order (you will receive an order confirmation, order number, and receipt via the email you registered with).
